Assignment Title: Production and Customer Menu Production
What I Learned: Through this assignment I learned how to develop a customer and production menu. I learned how to create descriptive and enticing menu choices while also developing standardized production sheets for an elementary school.
Reflection to Assignment: This assignment allowed me to be creative but also helped me understand the creation of customer and production menus. It also enabled me to think out of the box and complete an assignment that was not always typical for my studies in dietetics.
Relevance to the profession: Numerous skills are required to create exciting yet proper and standardized production and customer menus. It is important to have the knowledge of producing a production menu as this is a key concept in the field of foodservice as well as the dietetics profession.
